The project adopts mature and reliable moving-grate incineration technology, with the main process as follows:
Waste reception and storage: sealed negative-pressure waste bunker to prevent odor leakage.
Moving-grate incineration: full combustion to reduce pollutant generation.
Waste heat boiler: recovering heat from high-temperature flue gas to produce steam.
Turbine generator unit: steam drives the turbine to generate electricity for the grid.
Flue gas purification: desulfurization, denitrification, dust removal and dioxin removal.
Leachate and fly ash treatment: leachate is treated to standard, and fly ash is stabilized.
